  The Angelus In the nineteenth century, the fishermen of the region brought in their nets a harmless shark with perpendicular fins, evoking the shape of an angel. Called then Squatina angelus Dum, it gives its name to the famous bay sheltering Antibes. The Angelus, a meaningful name, reflects the philosophy of our chef Julien Sormani and his teams: showcasing the products that surround them. If seafood is in the spotlight, meat lovers will also find their happiness. Open every day from 12:00 to 14:00 Open every evening from 19:30 to 22:00 Some of our ingredients may be missing because we depend on the goodwill of the sea and the generosity of the land. All our dishes are "home made" made on the spot from raw products and without assembly with other food products. Tables of allergens and meat traceability are available at the restaurant.
